Behavior
/list is read-only. No Administrator terminal needed. Its default view reads the Settings-backed Windows Update orchestrator first and uses WUA metadata when available, so live action/progress is visible and installed, superseded, and no-longer-applicable updates are not retained from an older scan.
Interactive completion suggests known filters and aliases after /list .
